Healthy meat
Ingredients:
1 pumpkin
2 carrots
1 leek
1 tomato
2 potatoes
3 small cheeses
Salt
1º Put a casserole with water to warm.
2º Cut the carrots,pumpkin,tomato and leek.
3º Put all in the casserole and we wait 30 minutes,we put the potatoes and we wait other 30 minutes
4º We put the 3 cheeses and we shake.
